You may be asked to provide a list of vocabulary words to aid in preparation. *Transportation cost not included* **¥3000 surcharge for each additional 30 minutes after 4 hours**

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. **For services that require deposits, reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours beforehand. If cancelled 24-48 hours beforehand, only 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed. Deposits for reservations canceled less than 24 hours beforehand are not eligible for reimbursement. Please keep this in mind when booking.
