Have you ever had language barrier trouble while on vacation? Have Bunka Buddy on call for those tough moments! *For Tourists Only. Not applicable for foreign residents residing in Japan.*

キャンセルポリシー

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. **For services that require deposits, reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours beforehand. If cancelled 24-48 hours beforehand, only 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed. Deposits for reservations canceled less than 24 hours beforehand are not eligible for reimbursement. Please keep this in mind when booking.
